Plain English first: you buy a license, you get to use NotchTerm on up to 2 of your own Macs. Don't share your key, don't reverse-engineer the app, don't do anything illegal with it. That's the gist.
By downloading, installing, or using NotchTerm, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to both the free trial and the licensed version.
Upon purchase, GeceLabs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use NotchTerm on up to two (2) Mac computers that you own or control.
This license is for personal use only. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer the software or your license key to any third party.
NotchTerm may be used free of charge for 7 days from the date of first launch. After the trial period expires, a valid license key is required to continue using the app. No purchase is required to try the software.
You may not:
— Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
— Remove or alter any copyright or licensing notices
— Share, publish, or distribute your license key
— Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
— Attempt to circumvent the licensing or trial system
GeceLabs reserves the right to revoke a license key if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to sharing a key publicly or activating it on more machines than permitted. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Because NotchTerm offers a free 7-day trial before any purchase is required, we generally do not offer refunds after a license has been issued and activated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the app from functioning and we are unable to resolve it, please contact us at ysftrn@gmail.com and we will review your case.
Your license entitles you to all future updates to NotchTerm at no additional cost. GeceLabs may, at its discretion, release major version upgrades as a separate paid product in the future, but this will be clearly communicated in advance.
NotchTerm is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. GeceLabs does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeceLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of NotchTerm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NotchTerm after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
